Shipping and Return Policy


We currently offer domestic shipping only via UPS. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight and zip code. Please allow up to 48 to 72 hours for processing.

Our shipping department is open from 11am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

All orders placed after 11am on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Our shipping department is closed on weekends and holidays. Arrival dates are not guaranteed unless a priority option is selected.


At Wylie Wilson we take great care in designing our products to insure the highest level of quality. All of our products are hand made in Venice Beach, CA. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our customer service team will assist in getting you exactly what you want. At this time we do not accept returns, but are happy to exchange unused items within 14 days of receiving your Wylie Wilson products. We are happy to accept these items in its original packaging and unworn with all tags attached. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of any bottoms or swimwear that have been tried on with direct skin contact. Accordingly, please try bottoms and swimwear over your own undergarments.


Return packages should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post and those shipping costs are non-refundable.

For alternative items, a new order must be placed.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all charges incurred when returning an item (shipping costs will not be refunded). If returned item(s) meet all the above requirements, your return will be processed within 3 to 4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been credited. Please allow any additional time your bank may require to process the refund to your account.
